Returns & Refunds policy

Introduction

At RYSE , we strive to provide the best possible experience for our participants. We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and returns are processed for our yoga and surf retreats.

1. Retreat Cancellations by Participant

1.1 Cancellation Requests

Participants may cancel their retreat booking at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to ryse.retreat@outlook.com.

1.2 Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation fees apply based on the date the cancellation request is received:

• Up to 60 days before the start date: 10% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• 59 to 30 days before the start date: 50% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

• Less than 30 days before the start date: 100% of the total amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.

1.3 Refund Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

2. Retreat Cancellations by RYSE e.U.

2.1 Minimum Participants

RYSE e.U. reserves the right to cancel a retreat if the minimum number of participants is not met. Participants will be notified at least 30 days before the start date of the retreat.

2.2 Force Majeure

RYSE e.U. may also cancel a retreat due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control.

2.3 Refunds for Cancellations by RYSE e.U.

In the event that RYSE e.U. cancels a retreat, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation notice.

3. Changes to Bookings

3.1 Modifications by Participant

Participants may request modifications to their booking (e.g., change of dates) in writing via email to ryse.retreat@outlook.com. All modification requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3.2 Modifications by RYSE e.U.

RYSE e.U. reserves the right to make necessary changes to the retreat itinerary or accommodations. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible. If the changes are unacceptable to the participant, a full refund will be provided.

4. No-Shows

Participants who do not show up for the retreat without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 Medical Emergencies

In cases of medical emergencies that prevent participation in the retreat, participants may request a partial refund or credit for a future retreat. Medical documentation may be required.

5.2 Compassionate Grounds

In certain compassionate circumstances (e.g., death in the family), RYSE e.U. may consider partial refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.

7. Policy Changes

RYSE e.U. reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Participants are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.
